New Approach Training Ltd is a professional training institute, based in Dublin, which seeks to improve and develop the standards of management and work skills throughout Ireland.

We are currently seeking to add new trainers to our panel of associates to deliver FETAC accredited courses in Business, Marketing, Management, and Health and Safety.

Ideal candidate
The candidate will be educated to Degree level which is ideally supplemented by a Masters Degree in their subject area; e.g. Business, Marketing, Management, and Health and Safety.
Trainers must have over 10 years plus experience in their chosen field within a learning driven organisation and a minimum of 2-3 years training experience.
A real interest in your teaching subject and a motivation and desire to help students will be taken into account. Administration and preparation skills are vital as course notes and exam preparation must be delivered to a high standard.
