New Approach Training is a highly specialised Training, Human Resource and Health & Safety service provider. New Approach Training is a FETAC registered provider and offers programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland.

The Business was founded in direct response to the demand from industry for a range of flexible and cost effective Health & Safety and Human Resources service provision and training solutions. Our training courses also reach out to the private individual who may be looking for greater job security or a change of direction in these times of turmoil where courses in the fields of security, driving and construction are offered. These courses are aimed to provide the client with greater job stability as the newly required skills are constantly sought after by both current and prospective employers; they also provide the opportunity for extra income on a part-time basis or a new career direction altogether.
